▶ Like many Wintergreen homes, driveway is steep. Plan accordingly if winter weather. AWD or 4WD helps, but drive is usually plowed and cleared of most snow and 2WD typically suffices
▶ No refunds due to bad weather or roads
▶ Please, no open fires, charcoal grills, candles, etc other than fire pit or BBQ
▶ This property is in the mountains, in a heavily wooded area. The occasional bug may find its way inside. Rest assured, the house has regular pest control service for your comfort
▶ Please be "Bear Aware" - no food or trash to be left outside or in vehicles
▶ Requires separate rental agreement and house rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all parties. An e-sign link is sent to you after booking. 24 hrs to sign before the reservation is cancelled. No additional fees than what is shown here, other than potential damage/violation fines noted in house rules. Government issued ID's required for all adult bookers.
▶ Chaperoned youth/group stays may be considered only with prior approval. All adult chaperones must be 25+, listed on the rental agreement, provide valid photo ID, remain onsite for the full stay, and complete brief arrival verification at the doorbell camera. Security deposit hold requirements will be increased.
▶ Standard security damage hold is $500 unless increased for approved chaperoned youth/group stays (hold only, not charged.)
▶ Travel insurance encouraged. Life happens, protect yourself so you can re-book with peace of mind
